Navigate to the “Bitcoin” Tab: On the home screen, tap the “Investing”tab (a squiggly line or graph icon at the bottom).
Select Bitcoin: Scroll down and tap on Bitcoin.
Enable Bitcoin Transactions : If you haven't enabled Bitcoin yet, Cash App will ask for additional verification, such as your ID and possibly a selfie.
2. Purchase Bitcoin (if you don't have any)
Tap “Buy Bitcoin”: Enter the amount of USD you'd like to use to purchase Bitcoin.
Confirm Purchase: Review the amount and tap "Confirm" to complete your Bitcoin purchase.
3. Send Bitcoin to Pay
Go to the “Bitcoin” Tab: After you have Bitcoin, return to the Bitcoin section.
Tap “Send Bitcoin”: You'll see an option to send Bitcoin. Tap on it.
Enter the Recipient’s Bitcoin Address: Paste the Bitcoin wallet address of the person or business you're paying.
Enter the Amount: Specify how much Bitcoin you'd like to send.
Confirm Payment: Review the details (including any fees) and confirm the payment using your PIN or Touch ID.
4. Track the Transaction
Monitor Transaction: After sending, you can track the transaction in Cash App by checking your Bitcoin transaction history.
Wait for Confirmation: Bitcoin payments need to be confirmed on the blockchain, which can take a few minutes.
Additional Tips:
Transaction Fees: Cash App charges fees for Bitcoin transactions, so make sure you review them before confirming your payment.
Double-Check the Address: Bitcoin transactions can’t be reversed. Always ensure the recipient’s Bitcoin address is correct before sending.
